Full conservation treatment of the monument included: limestone cleaning; Dutchman repairs, composite repairs, crack injection; stone replacement; structural repairs to the perimeter wall; repointing; new roofing and sheet metal flashing; resetting monument plaza to improve drainage; pavement reconstruction.
